Delete account

Delete your BeautySouq account

You can delete your BeautySouq account at any time, and you do not need our permission to do it.

From the app

The fastest way, and it takes effect immediately:

Account › Personal details › Delete account

You will be asked for your password to confirm it is really you.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address your account is registered to, asking us to delete your account. We will action it within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and the ability to sign in
  • Your name, email address, phone number and saved delivery addresses
  • Your saved products
  • Any notification tokens for your devices, so notifications stop

What we have to keep

Invoices and order records for completed purchases are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. This is a legal obligation, not a choice, and it applies to every business selling goods. These records are retained separately from your account and are not used to contact you.
